Our herringbone pattern boards are made using 3/4"trips of wood in a multiple stage laminating process. The short pieces that make up theChevron pattern help with the stability of the board and prevent warping in addition to forming the striking pattern that gives them their name. They are sealed using a special curing Kitchenware oil for low maintenance.
