Refund policy

Returns

Within 30 days of purchase we accept returns with an original receipt or gift receipt for store credit or exchange.  With the original receipt refunds may be issued using the same form of payment as original purchase. Final sale items may not be returned. You may send returns back or bring them to the Appalachian Spring store at:

When your item is returned in new condition and in the original packaging we will email you that your refund is being processed. The Processing at your credit card company may take up to 14 days.  Store credits will be mailed when applicable. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If your return is not like new, not in original packaging or returned after 30 days reimbursement or credit will not occur.

Damaged or defective items
If an item is damaged or defective please send an email with a picture and describe the issue to  artisanhandcrafts@appalachianspring.com.  When possible, we will quickly send a replacement.
