Designed for both brewing and serving.
For best results, warm the pot with hot (not boiling) water, empty, and then add tea and boiling water for brewing. Once warmed thoroughly, porcelain will retain heat during serving for a longer period than many other materials. NEVER place porcelain over an open flame or electric heating element. Avoid subjecting to thermal shock (i.e. never pour boiling water directly into a very cold pot). With proper care your porcelain pot should provide you with years of pleasant and beautiful service. |
